Ingredients:
- Crust
- 500 ml (2 cups) pecans or walnuts
- 500 ml (2 cups) dates, pitted
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
- Sea salt
- Vanilla yogurt
- 500 ml (2 cups) Oikos Greek yogurt plain
- Maple syrup, to taste
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Caramelized apples
- 4 Cortland apples, peeled and quartered
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
Preparation steps

Using a food processor, chop the pecans finely and add the dates, maple syrup and salt. Press into individual molds or a large mold.

For the vanilla yogurt, mix Oikos Greek yogurt with maple syrup, vanilla and lemon zest.

For the caramelized apples, in a frying pan, heat the syrup and caramelize the apples.

Top tart bases with yogurt and caramelized apples.
