Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Oikos 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp light cream cheese spread
  • 56 g soft goat cheese (1/2 of a 113 g package)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard  
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded smoked Cheddar or extra-old Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp finely grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Preparation steps

  • In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream cheese, goat cheese, syrup/honey, rosemary, lemon juice, mustard and salt until well combined.
     

  • Stir in Cheddar, Asiago, Parmesan and chives.
    Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

  • Tip: Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or sliced veggies. Also makes a delicious bagel spread!
