Savoury 5-Cheese Dip
The magic of Oikos 0% Plain Greek Yogurt swapped in for some higher fat cheese and mayonnaise lands this decadent dip on the lighter side, without sacrificing any of the taste. Bonus: it’s also a source of calcium. Ta-da!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Oikos 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp light cream cheese spread
- 56 g soft goat cheese (1/2 of a 113 g package)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup finely shredded smoked Cheddar or extra-old Cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp finely grated Asiago cheese
- 2 tbsp finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream cheese, goat cheese, syrup/honey, rosemary, lemon juice, mustard and salt until well combined.

Stir in Cheddar, Asiago, Parmesan and chives.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days. -
Tip: Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or sliced veggies. Also makes a delicious bagel spread!
