Lightened-Up Ranch Dressing
This all-time favourite dressing uses Oikos High Protein 0% Greek Yogurt in place of buttermilk, giving it a thicker consistency that lets it double as a dip.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Oikos High Protein 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch pepper
Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, chives, lemon, fresh dill, dried dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and flavours meld, about 1 hour.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
