Ingredients:
- 4 cups of your favourite Bolognese sauce (homemade or store bought)
- 1 box (375 g) of precooked lasagna pasta (oven-ready)
- 1 1/2 cups of OIKOS 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or crushed with a garlic press
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350° F)

In a bowl, mix the 2% Oikos yogurt with the garlic and spinach. Set aside.

In a 30X20 cm (12X8 in) Pyrex dish, spread ¼ of the sauce, cover with 3 pasta noodles.

Cover with ¼ of the sauce and half of the cheese and add 3 pasta noodles.

Spread the 2% Oikos yogurt mixture and cover with 3 pasta noodles.

Cover with ¼ of the sauce and cover with 3 pasta noodles and finish with the remaining sauce and cheese.

Cover and cook for about 40 minutes and finish uncovered on the grill for 3 minutes.
