- 2.5 mL (½ tsp.) fennel seeds
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp.) anise seeds
- 45 mL (3 tbsp.) olive oil
- 250 mL (1 cup) Oikos plain Greek yogurt (0% m.f.)
- 60 mL (¼ cup) raisins or currants
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) salt
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) pepper

Peel and grate carrots.

In a mortar, grind fennel and anise seeds with a pestle.
