Creamy Artichoke Parmesan Dip

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Oikos 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (170 mL) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed or grated
- ¼ tsp salt and black pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, parmesan, artichokes, chives, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days. -
Tip: Serve with warm pita or toasted baguette, chips, crackers or sliced veggies. Also makes a delicious bagel spread!
