Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Oikos 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dehydrated onion flakes
- 3 tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 2 tsp sodium-reduced soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch black pepper
Preparation steps
-
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 20 min. Garnish with additional green onion, if desired.
-
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
-
Substitution: No onion flakes on hand? Simply swap for 1 tbsp onion powder and omit the milk. (Makes 1 ¼ cups dip, 10 servings.)
-
Tip: If you’re short on time, just stir 1 envelope (28 g) of dry onion soup mix into 1 ⅔ cups of Oikos Plain 11% Greek Yogurt, for an ultra-quick version. (Makes 1 ¾ cups, 14 servings.)
-
Tip: Serve with plain rippled or kettle chips and veggie crudites.
-
Tip: This dip will thicken as it sits. For a thinner consistency, simply stir in a little more milk.
