Chocolate-yogurt banana bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup flour  
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda  
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder  
  • ¾ cup de dark chocolate chunks  
  • ½ cup melted butter or vegetable oil  
  • 1 cup brown sugar   
  • 1 egg  
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed  
  • ½ cup OIKOS vanilla Greek yogurt 

Preparation steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
     

  • Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside.
     

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and dark chocolate chunks. Set aside.
     

  • In another bowl, mix the butter or oil with the sugar and egg. Stir in the bananas, mix well, and add the vanilla Greek yogurt.
     

  • Add the dry ingredients, mix well and pour in the bread pan.
     

  • Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
