Ingredients:
- COOKIE DOUGH:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Oikos 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- Zest of one orange
- 1 egg
- ICING:
- 1/4 cup Oikos 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation steps

COOKIE DOUGH: In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients to obtain a well-distributed mixture with no lumps.

In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.

After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

On a flat surface, roll out the cookie dough, and using a cookie cutter of your choice, shape your cookies.

In a baking sheet, place parchment paper, place your cookies and bake at 205°C (400°F). for 8 minutes.

When the cookies are cooled, dip them one by one in your Oikos 0% icing and then let them rest on a cooling rack on a sub tray for any excess icing that may leak out.

Sprinkle with small candies of your choice to decorate your cookies.

ICING: In a bowl, simply add the 2 ingredients and mix well with a whisk.
