Ingredients:
- 8 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup OIKOS 0% greek yogurt
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3-4 sprigs of chive, chopped
Preparation steps

In a saucepan of salted water, cook the potatoes and garlic until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes. Drain.

With a potato masher, crush the potatoes and garlic with the olive oil. Add the yogurt, salt, pepper and chives. Mix for a few more seconds, and its ready!
