Creamy carrot salad

Hubert Cormier, Nutritionniste

Everybody loves a good, creamy coleslaw. Easy to make and tasty, this salad is unfortunately not always healthy. Try this recipe and you’ll see the similarity. Not only does it taste good, this version is much healthier thanks to the addition of caraway seeds, which have beneficial effects on intestinal flora and are excellent for the heart.
